    OUR TRANSCRIPTION PROCESS


    HOW IT WORKS

     

    DICTATION OPTIONS
    We offer three convenient dictation options to choose from for medical transcription:
    1. Smartphones App: By downloading a free app, clients can dictate into their smartphones and have the dictations transferred to our servers securely.
    2. Handheld Digital Voice Recorders (Olympus, Sony etc.): Using a handheld digital recorder, clients can record dictations at any time, anywhere. Once recorded, the dictations can be sent to us by connecting the digital recorder to a computer and transferring the dictations to our server.
    3. Toll-Free Telephonic Dictation: Eyered’s phone-in toll-free dictation facility can be conveniently accessed from home, office, or cell phone. Using a PIN number, an Account number, and the toll-free number to call, clients can record dictations at any time from anywhere. There is an additional charge of 1.5 cents per line for using this facility.
     

     

    TRANSCRIPTION DELIVERY OPTIONS
    Dictations can be transcribed and sent back as MS Word documents by email or through our site. They can also be updated to the client’s EMR.

     

    TURNAROUND
    All dictations that are sent to us by 10.00 pm are transcribed and back to you before 10.00 am the following morning.

     

    STAT TRANSCRIPTION
    We offer STAT transcription at an additional charge; call or email us for a quote.

     

    ACCURACY
    Eyered Transcription Service guarantees accuracy of 99%+ on dictations that are reasonably clear.

     

    INVOICES
    Invoices are emailed at the end of every month along with detailed statements.

     

    PAYMENT OPTIONS
    Clients have the option to pay for our dictation services by credit card, PayPal or wire transfer.
